Girls will be Girls

Baylee, Kambria, Lydia, and cousin Lacey, are always looking for a reason to dressup and perform. We finally got some of those moves on video. Only I realized I had the camera sideways when filming, so you will have to tilt your head to see these ones.

Playmates

Jaxon Merrill and Lydia get to be playmates every Tues, Wed, and Thurs. They are learning how to be friends and Jaxon is showing Lydia what boy adventures are all about. Luckily most the adventures still involve staying in the backyard --such include chasing chickens, wrestling the cat, feeding Tippy dog treats and digging in the sandbox. Their indoor fun usually involves Lydia feeding Jaxon her left over breakfast ('cause boys are always hungry), brushing their teeth together (cause the toothpaste tastes good), and hiding in the playroom cubies (best spot to hide in the house).

2 WHEELS AT LAST!

Baylee is thrilled about her two big accomplishments this month - getting a loose tooth (not out yet) and riding a two wheeler bike without training wheels. She practiced in the fall but just got frustrated, then last week we went to the valley and Uncle Dallan took her to the park and taught her to ride without training wheels. She came right home and had dad help her again, and he was shocked to see she could take off by herself. Hooray for Baylee!

Kambria, who consistently asks to go outside and ride her bike even when its freezing outside, has never let the training wheels slow her down on any terrain. She peddles 90miles an hour and says that if anyone, or car, gets in her way she will just honk her horn. - scary! She thinks she's invinsible.

Fun Auntie Chelsey!

So my sister Chelsey is living in Snowflake while my parents are on a mission. The girls have had fun with her and seeing all her talents. Chelsey really knows how to boogy to good music and the girls love that she has an ipod with kid songs on it too. So I decided to capture some of the fun in action. Chelsey loved showing off her moves.

Sledding Day!

Look at these beautifull snow angels!!
Lydia was so funny, she kept wandering away in the snow and then plop down on her back and say "snow angel". She did this several times.

Dave organized our Saturday family sledding activity, and found us a great spot close by for endless snow sledding fun. The girls were such troopers pulling sleds up the hills. Dave and I even had fun trying out the different sleds and racing the kids down the hill. The snow was so pretty-all white glistening in the sun. I like this part of winter.

Kami was the loudest screamer and fastest sledder. Baylee was the most adventerous with dad spinning her on the circle sled.

January Snow Days!

Kami was so proud of this snowman she built all by herself.
These girls were die hard snow players.

Lydia is our cute pink snowball. She wanted to be as big as the other girls, tromping around in the snow.

We had 2 good days of snow and the kids spent as much time as possible playing in it.
