SPRING BREAK

I truly enjoyed our spring break as a family, mainly because Dave was with me and did so much to ease the burden of my very pregnant body.  I especially enjoyed warmer weather and the very lush green desert.  Apparently there so much rain that the desert was carpeted with green grass and wild flowers.  We stopped in Mesa to visit family and then spent 2 days in Tucson (my childhood stomping ground).

Our first stop was Grandma Bevell's house where the girls immediatly went to playing outside.  They visited the milk cow Lulabell and fed her weeds, while Dave mowed the lawn for Grandma.

Next we enjoyed the desert outdoor park with cousins

Then the next day we headed down to Reid Park Zoo in Tucson.  It was a great zoo for kids because it was smaller and they had the time to see all of it before getting tired.

Kami was our navigator with the map.  She loved telling us where to go.

They all were fascinated by how large the turtles were, and they actually were walking around.

What a cute turtle!

Baylee like the flamingos standing on one leg.  Wait! thats not a flamingo, thats my big belly.
